Δράση 3:

Στήριξη Ατόμων Τρίτης Ηλικίας

Αναπτύσσουμε δράσεις που ενισχύουν την ψυχική ευημερία και μειώνουν τη μοναχικότητα των ατόμων τρίτης ηλικίας, είτε διαβιούν αυτόνομα είτε σε δομές φροντίδας.

Προγράμματα:

  • ΑΣ ΜΙΛΗΣΟΥΜΕ – Προσφέρουμε εβδομαδιαία τηλεφωνική ψυχοκοινωνική στήριξη σε άτομα που ζουν στην κοινότητα.
  • ΕΛΠΙΔΑ – Υλοποιούμε τακτικές επισκέψεις και δημιουργικές δράσεις σε οίκους ευγηρίας σε όλη την Κύπρο.

Δράση 4:

Ψυχοκοινωνικές Παρεμβάσεις σε Δομές Μεταναστευτικού Πλαισίου:

Υλοποιούμε εξειδικευμένες παρεμβάσεις σε κέντρα πρώτης υποδοχής, φιλοξενίας και κράτησης, ενισχύοντας την ψυχική ανθεκτικότητα, την αίσθηση ασφάλειας και την ομαλή προσαρμογή των φιλοξενούμενων.

Προγράμματα:

  • ΜΕΤΑΒΑΣΗ – Παρέχουμε ψυχοκοινωνική στήριξη σε μετανάστες στο Κέντρο Πρώτης Υποδοχής “Πουρνάρα” στην Κοκκινοτριμιθιά.
    ΕΣΤΙΑ – Στηρίζουμε γυναίκες μετανάστριες στα πρώτα στάδια άφιξής τους.
  • ΥΠΑΤΙΑ – Προσφέρουμε εξειδικευμένη στήριξη σε εξαιρετικά ευάλωτες γυναίκες με μεταναστευτικό υπόβαθρο.
  • ΡΕΑ – Υλοποιούμε εκπαιδεύσεις που ενισχύουν τη γνώση, τη διαχείριση άγχους και την καθημερινή λειτουργικότητα.
  • ΑΙΝΕΙΑΣ – Παρέχουμε ψυχοκοινωνική στήριξη σε μετανάστες που διαβιούν στο κέντρο κράτησης ΧΩΚΑΜ, στη Μενόγεια Λάρνακας.
  • ΛΗΤΩ – Προσφέρουμε ψυχοκοινωνική υποστήριξη σε άνδρες και γυναίκες μετανάστες στο Κέντρο Υποδοχής και Φιλοξενίας Αιτητών Διεθνούς Προστασίας Κοφίνου.
